You must select a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) in order to schedule a visit. If you have not selected a PCD, click here to select one now. If you do not have a PCD, you will be responsible for the full payment. In case of out of area emergencies, you have a maximum reimbursement of $50, minus your copay.
